A Space Created With Purpose. A Place Built for Recovery
At Mulligan Recovery Centers, we believe the environment where healing takes place matters.
Our new outpatient center and headquarters was thoughtfully created to be more than a clinical building. It is a safe, comfortable and uplifting space where every person who walks through our doors can feel welcomed, respected and valued.
From the moment clients enter, we want them to recognize something important:
You are seen. You are heard. You are understood. And you do not have to do this alone.
Welcome Home
Treatment can already feel intimidating. Many people arrive carrying fear, shame, uncertainty or the belief that they have disappointed everyone around them. Our job is not to add to that weight. Our job is to create a place where people can put their guard down, speak honestly and begin doing the work that recovery requires.
The design of our new facility reflects that commitment. Every detail, from the welcoming reception area and comfortable meeting spaces to the encouraging messages throughout the building, was selected intentionally.
This is a professional treatment environment, but it is also warm, personal and real.
Real People. Real Recovery. Real Simple.

The C.L.U.E. Is Built Into Everything We Do
Compassion
We recognize the person before the diagnosis. Every client deserves dignity, patience, and the opportunity to be treated as more than his or her past.
Love
Recovery grows through healthy connection. We show people that they matter while caring enough to hold them accountable to the changes they say they want.
Understanding
We take time to listen. We seek to understand each client’s experiences, barriers and needs instead of making assumptions about how that person arrived here.
Empathy
We meet people where they are without leaving them there. We acknowledge their pain while helping them move toward responsibility, healing and a different future.
C.L.U.E. is not simply displayed on our wall. It shapes how our team speaks to clients, responds to setbacks, celebrates progress and supports every person who enters our care.
Designed to Help People Feel Safe Enough to Be Honest
Throughout the building, clients are reminded to:
- Be unique
- Be themselves
- Be humble
- Be honest
- Be happy
- Be real
- Be true
- Think big
- Build, innovate and grow
- Maintain a positive mind, positive energy and positive life
These are more than words decorating a hallway. They reflect the mindset we hope every client begins to carry beyond our walls.
A Place Where Progress Is Recognized
Our recovery bell represents those victories.
When a client reaches an important milestone or completes a chapter of treatment, ringing the bell is an opportunity to recognize how far that person has come—and the strength it took to get there.
It represents a life reclaimed, a future reopened and the beginning of everything still ahead.
We believe progress deserves to be acknowledged. People should leave treatment remembering not only where they started, but what they proved to themselves along the way.
The environment is supportive, but the work is real.
Individualized Care for the Whole Person
That is why our team looks beyond substance use alone.
Through individualized treatment and coordinated co-occurring services, we help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and substance use. Together, we identify barriers, develop practical coping skills and create a continuing-care plan grounded in the client’s actual life.
Our goal is not simply to help someone remain substance-free during treatment. It is to help that person develop the foundation needed to keep moving forward after treatment ends.
A Headquarters That Reflects Our Mission
It provides a central home for our clinical, operational and leadership teams to collaborate, strengthen our programs and continue building better ways to serve individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.
We are proud of this building, but not simply because it is beautiful.
- People will tell the truth
- Families will begin healing
- Clients will rediscover their value
- Setbacks will become learning opportunities
- Milestones will be celebrated
- Lives will begin moving in a different direction
Every part of this center was created to communicate the same message:
We care about the people we serve, and they deserve a treatment environment that proves it.
