Simeona Moyer is a Substance Abuse Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to helping individuals identify their strengths and create practical, lasting change. She is passionate about supporting clients in setting goals, building confidence, and moving forward with purpose, while providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, valued, and understood.
Simeona earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is nearing completion of her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further strengthening her clinical foundation and commitment to professional growth.
Outside of her professional role, Simeona enjoys spending time with her two sons and her cats, watching Buffalo Bills football, being in nature, and connecting with friends.
