Office Manager / Registered Peer SupervisorCortney Golden serves as the Office Manager at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she has had the privilege of growing alongside the organization while contributing meaningfully to its mission.
What Cortney finds most fulfilling about her role is being part of each client’s journey—helping individuals recognize their worth, believe in the possibility of recovery, and witnessing the transformation as hope and clarity return.
Cortney is in recovery herself and remains actively involved in a 12-step fellowship. Her lived experience informs the way she shows up every day—with compassion, empathy, understanding, and a genuine sense of purpose.
Outside of her professional role, Cortney enjoys spending time outdoors and prioritizes meaningful, quality time with her family.
Andrew Canterbury
MS, LCPC, ADHD-CCSP Clinical DirectorAs Clinical Director of Mulligan Recovery Centers, Andrew Canterbury brings a deep well of expertise, compassion, and leadership to the forefront of addiction and mental health treatment. A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and certified ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Andrew specializes in treating mood disorders, drawing on years of experience in dual diagnosis care in the SUD and Mental Health fields.
Andrew received his Master of Science in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, where he developed a strong foundation in both clinical theory and practice.
Known for an eclectic and person-centered approach, Andrew integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. This flexible, responsive style allows for highly individualized care, supporting clients in building sustainable and lasting emotional wellness.
Under Andrew’s clinical leadership, Mulligan Recovery Centers embraces a holistic philosophy, treating the whole person, not just the symptoms by addressing the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions of recovery. Passionate about clinical excellence and innovative care, Andrew is dedicated to empowering clients to reclaim their lives with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Michael Borris
Director of OperationsMichael Borris serves as the Director of Operations at Mulligan Recovery Centers, bringing over 17 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience. In his role, he focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing systems that support long-term growth, operational excellence, and a strong, values-driven team culture.
With more than 11 years in recovery, Michael’s work is deeply rooted in purpose. He is committed to developing organizations that not only perform at a high level but also create a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of those they serve.
Outside of his professional role, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, raising his three daughters and son, coaching his son’s baseball team, being outdoors, and caring for his dogs.
Devin Black
Program ManagerDevin Black serves as the Program Manager, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the treatment process. What he values most about his role is the opportunity to be involved in every stage of a client’s journey, allowing him to support meaningful progress and lasting change.
Devin’s personal recovery journey has been nothing short of transformative, and it continues to fuel his passion for helping others achieve sustainable recovery.
Outside of work, Devin enjoys staying active and thrives in competitive environments. Whether it’s team sports or individual challenges, he brings the same energy and drive to his personal interests as he does to his professional role.
Rebecca Ayres
Revenue Cycle ManagerAs the Revenue Cycle Manager, Rebecca plays a critical role in both revenue cycle oversight and administrative operations. Known for her versatility, she ensures that behind-the-scenes processes run efficiently, supporting the organization’s ability to deliver high-quality care.
Rebecca takes pride in being a dependable, solutions-oriented team member—stepping in wherever needed to support leadership and advance the mission of the organization.
Her commitment to the recovery community is deeply personal. Having experienced the impact of addiction within her own family, including the loss of both her brothers and father, Rebecca brings a profound sense of purpose, empathy, and dedication to her work each day.

Sara Barnard
LCPCSara Barnard is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to support individuals in their recovery journey. What she finds most fulfilling about her role is being part of each client’s personal growth, helping them recognize new possibilities and opportunities beyond active addiction.
As a person in recovery herself, Sara brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She feels grateful for the opportunity to have rebuilt her own life and is passionate about helping others do the same. Witnessing clients build self-esteem, gain confidence, and begin to see their potential is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time at home with her family, playing board games, working on puzzles and creative projects like gem-by-number, and relaxing on the front porch with neighbors when the weather allows.
Kathaleen Smith
CAC-ADKathaleen Smith is a Certified Associate Counselor–Alcohol and Drug at Mulligan Recovery Centers, bringing over 24 years of experience across a variety of treatment settings and roles. She is known for her compassionate, client-centered approach and her ability to meet individuals exactly where they are in their recovery journey.
What Kathaleen finds most fulfilling about her work is helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and experience the growth and transformation that recovery makes possible. She is deeply committed to supporting both individuals and groups in achieving lasting recovery and creating healthy, meaningful lives.
Outside of her professional role, Kathaleen enjoys spending time with her adult children and granddaughter, hiking and being in nature, watching movies, and traveling with her lifelong friends to explore new cities, shop, and dine.
Kimberly Pastran
CAC-ADKimberly Pastran is a Certified Associate Counselor–Alcohol and Drug at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey. What she finds most meaningful about her role is being entrusted with clients’ vulnerabilities and having the opportunity to help them build self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.
Kimberly is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding addiction and supporting individuals as they reintegrate into society. She is committed to helping clients rebuild their lives, strengthening family relationships, becoming productive in the workforce, and ultimately creating a path that reduces the likelihood of recidivism.
Outside of her professional role, Kimberly enjoys running, listening to country music, attending car races and car shows, and taking day trips to explore new towns. She also values spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, and being near the water.
Sarah Iafrate-Hann
CSC-ADSarah Iafrate-Hann is a Certified Addictions Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to helping individuals recognize their strengths and capacity for meaningful change. She is passionate about guiding clients through the recovery process while fostering a safe, structured environment where they feel both supported and appropriately challenged.
As a person in recovery herself, Sarah brings valuable lived experience to her work, allowing her to connect with clients through empathy, understanding, and authenticity. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of obtaining licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
Outside of her professional role, Sarah enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors, and prioritizing moments of peace and connection that help her stay grounded.
Drew Evans
CSC-ADDrew Evans is an Addictions Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where he is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving meaningful growth and lasting change. What he finds most rewarding about his role is witnessing individuals reach goals they once believed were out of reach and seeing the transformation that comes with recovery.
Drew’s personal recovery journey has shaped his approach to care, grounding his work in gratitude, empathy, and compassion. He brings these qualities into each interaction, creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood and encouraged.
Outside of his professional role, Drew enjoys fishing, exploring paranormal investigations, and spending quality time with his family.
Simeona Moyer
ADTSimeona Moyer is a Substance Abuse Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to helping individuals identify their strengths and create practical, lasting change. She is passionate about supporting clients in setting goals, building confidence, and moving forward with purpose, while providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, valued, and understood.
Simeona earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is nearing completion of her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further strengthening her clinical foundation and commitment to professional growth.
Outside of her professional role, Simeona enjoys spending time with her two sons and her cats, watching Buffalo Bills football, being in nature, and connecting with friends.
Becca Rigney
Peer SpecialistBecca Rigney is a Substance Abuse Counselor at Mulligan Recovery Centers, with experience in the behavioral health field since 2018. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and build meaningful lives in recovery.
Becca’s passion for this work is deeply rooted in her own recovery journey. Having experienced the impact of compassionate support firsthand, she is committed to providing the same level of guidance, empathy, and encouragement to individuals seeking recovery.

She is passionate about advocating for clients’ needs, building genuine connections, and providing steady support through challenging moments. Witnessing client growth and transformation is what gives her a strong sense of purpose in her work and in the community she serves.
Crystal’s recovery journey is a testament to resilience and commitment. Having overcome significant challenges, she chooses recovery daily and uses her lived experience to inspire hope in others, demonstrating that healing is not only possible, but sustainable.
Outside of her professional role, Crystal values spending time with her children, granddaughter, and friends. She enjoys music, being in nature, and expressing her creativity through making custom items for others.
Nancy Stoker

As a woman in long-term recovery, Nancy brings powerful lived experience to her work. She is passionate about guiding and connecting with those new to recovery, offering both support and perspective grounded in her own journey. Recovery has not only transformed her life, but has shaped her into a person of integrity, strength, and conviction.
Outside of her professional role, Nancy takes great pride in her family and the ability to show up fully for them, as a sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and daughter. Recovery has provided the foundation for her to grow, lead, and live a life grounded in purpose.
Dara Scudder
Administrative AssistantDara Scudder serves as an Administrative Assistant at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is often the first point of contact each day. She takes great pride in creating a welcoming, positive environment and helping set the tone for both clients and staff.
One of the most meaningful aspects of Dara’s role is witnessing each client’s journey from their first day through graduation, and observing the growth and transformation that takes place along the way.
With 11 years in recovery, Dara brings valuable lived experience and a deep understanding of the courage it takes to begin the recovery process. This perspective allows her to connect with clients in a genuine and supportive way.
Outside of work, Dara’s greatest joy is her family. She cherishes time with her husband and their two daughters, who serve as a constant reminder of the life and purpose recovery has made possible.
Ally Mendez
Admissions CoordinatorAlly serves as an Admissions Coordinator at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive experience for individuals taking their first step into treatment. She takes pride in being a steady and reassuring presence during the admissions process, helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful as they begin their journey toward change.

Courtney Powell
Client Care CoordinatorCourtney Powell serves as a Peer Support Specialist at Mulligan Recovery Centers, where she is dedicated to building meaningful, one-on-one connections with clients. What she finds most rewarding about her role is sharing her lived experience to offer hope, encouragement, and a clear example that recovery is real and a better life is possible.
Courtney’s recovery journey has included both challenges and growth. Through perseverance and commitment, she has learned to move through fear and continue forward with purpose. Today, she brings that perspective into her work—helping clients see that life beyond substance use is not only achievable, but worth pursuing.
